EXERCISES FOR YOUR ACHING NECK
Neck Tension that appears after long hours driving your car or sitting at your work desk can be relieved by doing certain neck exercises.
These neck exercises include rotating your head both clockwise and counter clockwise, allowing your head to drop forward and backward as far as possible several times. These exercises help loosen up contracted neck muscles which may restrict the blood supply to your head.

Another way to relieve neck tension is by the yogic discipline pranayama with your arms being held closely to your body while performing the exercise. Stand erect with your feet aligned straight and touching each other. Lock your fingers together with your hands beneath your chin and keep them there through the entire exercise.

If you are like me then you have a hard time with eating beans and grains, despite the fact they're supposed to be 'healthy'?

By simply soaking brown rice and legumes (beans) in water for 24 hours, according to food allergy researcher Dr. David Freed, causes the lectins in both foods to be destroyed 10 minutes into cooking.

This will not happen if you cook grains normally.

This is why you may be sniffling or having a hard time with "good carbs" in your diet. There are other reasons, but I've found this to be the ace in the hole.
