Throughout the years left-handed people have had to live without the use of everyday left handed products. I just hope manufacturers continue to design other left handed products.

In that way you can see your cutting line and get a smooth cut without the paper or material bending between the blades. Lefties can finally cut along a line or shape without any difficulty! Manufacturers have been slow in developing left hand products for these categories. Hopefully they will see the need and as they manufacture new left handed products we will carry them.

Left Hand Writing Equipment - Due to lack of guidance, many left-handers develop a poor handwriting style and/or a poor posture. Common handwriting problems are:

The “Hook” handwriting position - This is where the left hand is hooked around the pen, and runs above the writing line in an attempt to angle the pen in the same way as a righthander would. The "Hook" handwriting position causes the arm and body to be contorted into an awkward position, making handwriting very uncomfortable (often times painful) and slow.

Smudged Work - smudged work is caused by the left hand pushing the pen across the page. The writing will automatically become smudged if the left hand is following the writing line.

Overtight Grip - The overtight grip which is caused by bad desk positioning, tension or using the wrong pen leads to cramped, poorly formed letters and an erratic writing style not to mention, it is also extremely tiring.

Finally the pen and pencil manufacturers are making left hand pens and left hand pencils to help compensate and correct the different and sometimes painful problems caused when left handed people (especially children) are forced to write with right handed writing implements. To this day our left handed children are still being forced to write unaturally by being made to write with the wrong tools. Come on people. Left handed pens and pencils are available now. There's no excuse not to get them. If you don't get them here, then get them somewhere else. But, please get them!
